About Us & Policy

We will start off by clarifying that all our products are 100% authentic. No fakes or knock-offs will ever be sold on our web-store.

Products:


  • Pre-Orders

All pre-orders are guaranteed, or your money back. If your order cannot be processed you will be refunded on the same day the sneaker (or other item) releases. We send out confirmation emails on release day for all orders. This will be telling you that we secured your order, how your order was secured (in store or online) and an estimated ship date. If we do not secure your pair due to error on our end, or a canceled order, you will be notified that your order was not secured and a refund will be processed same day as release. All shoes are purchased from reputable retailers (Nike,Footlocker,Finishline, etc.). If you would like a receipt included with your pre-order, please mention it in the Paypal Note, and we will include it. Or you can simply email us asking with your order number asking for it to be included.


If you change your mind about the pre-order we will accept refunds 2 days before release date. EX: If the release date is on a Saturday, you can request and receive a refund the Thursday before (2 days). Anything on Wednesday or before will be accepted. 


  • Sneakers, Clothing, All other products

These types of products on our web store are all on hand and ready to ship. Please allow up to two business days for your item to be shipped. We normally ship out on the same or next business day, we work to get them shipped out as soon as possible.


Shipping:


  • Shipping to the US:

All items are shipped out USPS Priority Mail (1-3 business days). 


All items are shipped double boxed.


Tracking numbers get sent out to the email you check out with. The tracking numbers are sent out by Paypal because that is where we update the tracking numbers. If you do not get an email for some reason you can log on your PayPal account and click our transaction and a tracking number will be there. If for any reason you still cannot find the tracking number feel free to email us and we can assist you.


  • Other Countries:

We are currently shipping to Canada and Guam.


If your country is not yet eligible for shipping on our website, feel free to email us and we can help. We welcome international buyers.

Payment Options:

Our checkout process redirects you to Paypal. We currently only accept payments through Paypal. This is the safest way for both parties. If you do not have a Paypal account you can still go through the process, and make an account as well (free and secure).

Returns and Exchanges:


Returns are acceptable for new / deadstock items within 14 days after the item is shipped in unworn condition with original box. If the item is used the item must be returned in the condition we sent them in. If the is returned worn and not in the same condition as sent, strict penalties will be applied (see below). 

  • 15% restock fee will be applied to all returns. 
  • If the item is not returned in the same condition as sent there will  be a restock fee of 25-40% depending on returned condition. Fees may be lower if acceptable.
